V型或U型槽型地板的优点本身表面上预留出伸缩缝隙,一旦受到外界不良环境影响时,地板间相互顶挤会导致地板伸缩,地板表面不会影响美观效果(有槽,稍微有些伸缩是看不出来的).
无缝拼接的地板优点正常情况下是平整的而且连缝隙都看,摸不到,平整.缺点如果受到外界不良环境影响发生缩现象,那后果可想而知,缩即使不出缝隙也会严重影响地板的锁扣。如果伸那么地板四边都会相互顶挤而翘边,直接影响外观美.

“软”表面“模压”出槽,普通的模压工艺只能在基材密度不高的表面模压成型,劣质基材、作坊式模压工艺生产的仿实木产品,压痕槽口很容易变形。模压的地方密度与板身密度不同造成起翘,变形……所以现在知名品牌基本不生产模压u型槽工艺的地板。V型槽一般来说应该是刀具一次性切割成型。这样既不会损坏地板本身平衡的密度结构,也就不会损坏地板的稳定性了。但是v型槽工艺肯定不如模压工艺的地板(因为有个斜面)易于清洁……

另外,V型槽采用榫槽密封技术(一般用液态蜡或水性涂料),用液态蜡喷涂在榫槽的未饰面部份,大幅度减缓板内水汽与外界环境的交换,达到防止地板受潮变形和减少地板缩胀率。
